Syncing with the phases of the moon could actually help you regulate your cycle, especially when paired with the tips for each phase.

💊If you are using the birth control pill, you can use your stopweek as your period. The week after is your follicular phase, ovulation is the third week, and luteal phase is the final week before your period. 

For other forms of birth control that result in not really having a period, I’d recommend following the phases of the moon too.
